The working world is currently revolving faster than ever. It is not only coronavirus that is forcing us to question the old and familiar, push out boundaries, and completely rethink the way we work.
What we need now is innovative, forward-thinking leaders, who know what to do and can confidently show others the way – and this is exactly where our Trainee Leadership Programme kicks in. That is why we are now looking for motivated all-rounders and talented individuals who like to question established systems and are hungry for fresh input.
Futures. Question the now. Transform tomorrow.
is the first Trainee Leadership Programme that prepares future managers for the far-reaching changes during and after coronavirus. Remote work, flexibilisation of work and far-reaching digitalisation of communication and collaboration are now concrete realities and challenges that will fundamentally change the way we work and lead tomorrow.
The new normal means changes in many places – first and foremost in our minds – because futureproof leadership calls for futureproof thinking. That is why in our programme you will be fully immersed in the latest technological and social trends and you will work with us to turn this potential into reality:
- How can we use blockchain and what potential does machine learning offer?
- What do sustainability and ESG factors mean in asset management?
- Which methods will help us to continue working agilely and remotely?
Building the Transformational Leaders of Tomorrow.
Trainees become Leaders.
Over the course of an intensive
and highly varied 15 to 18-month Transformation Journey we will prepare and transform you for new leadership. So that you in turn can transform us – into an innovative finance company and an employer of the future.

We guarantee that your journey with us will be an exciting one.
